I provide support as a Yoga teacher and coach. Together we will work out what your specific needs are and develop a programme suited to you.

I draw on Yoga, Ayurveda, Qi Gong, science, nutrition, journaling, meditation and knowledge of women's health.

This can be to support you during the menopause transition, although I support the whole of the woman's life cycle.

Many women come to me in peri menopause even before they realise that is what is happening. 

I often work one to one but also provide workshops for groups of women.
